This policy covers Immortal Vacations' own website and direct interactions with you. Fora Travel and individual travel suppliers may act as separate businesses with their own privacy notices when they process information for inquiries, bookings, payments, or travel fulfillment.

This Privacy Policy describes how Immortal Vacations ("Immortal Vacations," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information when you visit immortalvacations.com, submit a form, send us a message, request travel planning, ask for a quote, work with us on a trip, or otherwise interact with us.
Immortal Vacations is an independent travel advisory affiliated with Fora Travel, Inc. ("Fora"). This policy does not replace privacy notices issued by Fora, travel suppliers, insurers, payment processors, or other independent third parties.
Information We Collect
Depending on your interaction with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Identity and contact information: name, email address, telephone number, mailing address, and preferred contact method.
- Trip-planning information: destinations, dates, departure city, budget, traveler count, room or cabin preferences, interests, desired activities, loyalty programs, and special occasions.
- Traveler information: legal names, dates of birth, citizenship or residency details, accessibility requests, dietary preferences, emergency-contact information, and other information required by a supplier.
- Booking and service information: itineraries, confirmation numbers, supplier names, booking status, cancellation or change requests, travel credits, and communications concerning a reservation.
- Communications: email, contact-form messages, feedback, preferences, complaints, and other correspondence.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, referring URL, pages requested, timestamps, server logs, and similar information normally transmitted when using a website.
Sensitive Information
Do not submit full credit-card numbers, CVV codes, passport numbers, Social Security numbers, or images of government identification through the public website form or ordinary email unless we specifically direct you to an appropriate secure method.
When sensitive information is necessary to complete travel, we may direct you to a secure Fora, supplier, payment, or traveler-information system. The party operating that system may independently control how the information is processed.
Where Information Comes From
We may receive information directly from you, from another traveler you authorize, from Fora, from travel suppliers, or from other service providers involved in researching or managing your trip.
If you provide information about another person, you represent that you have authority to provide it for the relevant travel purpose and that you will make appropriate privacy information available to them.
How We Use Information
- respond to inquiries and communicate with you;
- research destinations, hotels, cruises, tours, transportation, and other travel options;
- prepare quotes, recommendations, itineraries, and booking requests;
- create, administer, modify, or cancel travel arrangements;
- remember preferences to provide more relevant recommendations;
- coordinate with Fora and independent travel suppliers;
- provide pre-travel, in-travel, and post-travel support;
- maintain business, tax, accounting, insurance, fraud-prevention, and compliance records;
- protect the website, our business, clients, and suppliers from misuse or unlawful activity; and
- send marketing communications when permitted by law and consistent with your preferences.
Fora Travel & Travel Suppliers
Immortal Vacations is affiliated with Fora as its host travel agency and booking platform. Information may be shared with Fora so it can support client records, inquiries, bookings, payments, supplier coordination, commissions, support, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory obligations.
Travel suppliers are independent businesses. When information is provided to a hotel, cruise line, airline, insurer, tour operator, transportation company, or another supplier, that company may process the information under its own privacy policy and legal obligations.
Forms & Website Services
The public Contact form is currently processed through Formspree. Website hosting, content delivery, fonts, email, and other infrastructure may also be provided by third parties. These services can receive technical information necessary to operate the website or deliver the service.
Links to third-party websites or secure platforms take you to services we do not control. Their terms and privacy policies govern those services.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and to satisfy legitimate business, legal, accounting, insurance, fraud-prevention, dispute, and recordkeeping needs.
Different categories of records may be kept for different periods. Booking and transaction-related records may be retained longer than an unanswered initial inquiry where reasonably necessary for supplier, tax, insurance, or dispute purposes.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No website, email system, network, or storage method is guaranteed to be completely secure. You should use secure tools when provided and avoid sending sensitive information through channels not designed for it.

Travel is inherently international. Information needed for a reservation may be transferred to and processed by suppliers, service providers, or authorities located outside your state or country. Privacy protections in those locations may differ from those in your home jurisdiction.
Children
The website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13 through the website. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult may provide information about a minor when necessary to plan or fulfill that minor's travel.
